payment card balance and transactions

You can check your card balance on MyMSD. You can also view all the transactions you've made.

If you have any questions about any balances or transactions on your payment card, talk with your youth coach.

find a store in your area

You can use your card at any store that is registered with Youth Service - but you can't spend more money than you have on your card, and you can only purchase the item that has been approved.

We've made it easy to find a store in your area. All stores have been placed under different categories:

  • Baby Supplies
  • Basic Household items
  • Dental
  • Doctors and Medical Centres
  • Education and Training
  • Food and Grocery
  • Optometry
  • Other - which includes post shops and places to top up your transport cards.

can't find the right store in your area?

Talk to your Youth Coach if there's a store or business in your area that fits in our supplier categories but isn't registered for Youth Service payment cards. There's a form the store can fill in to request to become a Youth Service supplier - your Youth Coach might be able to help sort it.
